1. Start Microsoft
Outlook as normal.

2. Click the
“Tools” menu, then click the “Accounts” option.

3. When the
“Email Accounts” wizard appears, select the “Add
a new email account” option and click the “Next”
button.

When asked for the “Server Type”, select the “POP3”
option and click the “Next” button.

Enter your user information and server details as shown below. Please
note your username and password are case sensitive
– Enter them exactly as they were provided to you. Once you have
entered your details, click the “More Settings” button.

When the “Internet Email Settings” box appears, click
on the “Outgoing Server” tab. Tick the box marked “My
outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”. Ensure the
“Use same settings as my incoming mail server” option
is selected. Click the “Ok” button.

7.
When you have returned to the “User Information” box click
the “Next” button. Your POP3 email account is now ready
to use. Click the “Finish” button to return to Outlook.
